By using the Mohalla Store mobile app, website, or related services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who we are
Mohalla Store provides neighbourhood grocery ordering, dark-store fulfilment, and delivery coordination for customers, store owners, and delivery partners in India.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping OTP / login access secure.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or fail partner verification.
3. Orders & payments
- Prices, availability, and delivery slots are shown in the app and may change.
- Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Refunds and cancellations follow the policies shown at checkout and in order status.
- Delivery times are estimates; delays can occur due to traffic, weather, or store operations.
4. Store owners & riders
Partners must complete required profile and KYC steps, follow local laws (including traffic and labour rules), handle cash and inventory honestly, and use location services only as needed for assigned deliveries. Misuse of customer data is prohibited.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Interfere with or reverse-engineer the Service.
- Submit false orders, documents, or identity information.
- Harass staff, riders, or other users.
- Use the Service for illegal purposes.
6. Intellectual property
App content, branding, and software are owned by Mohalla Store or its licensors. You receive a limited licence to use the Service as intended.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where law requires otherwise.
8. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date above and, where appropriate, in-app notice.
