Service area
Availability depends on your delivery pin and the store's service radius, shown in the app after you set a location. If we do not serve your mohalla yet, the app will say so — we are expanding neighbourhood by neighbourhood.
Slots
- Morning delivery: order before 6:00 AM (IST).
- Evening delivery: order before 2:00 PM (IST).
These are operational cut-offs, not guaranteed arrival times. Live rider tracking is shown for assigned deliveries.
Charges
Delivery fee, if any, is shown at checkout before you pay. There is no separate shipping invoice beyond the order bill.
Failed delivery
If we cannot reach you at the pin you set, we will try to contact you. Repeated failed attempts may lead to cancellation under our Refund Policy.
